Elizaveta performs It's a Goodbye Song, the last of three numbers during a BMI showcase on 2nd February 2009. Venue: Genghis Cohen, on Fairfax in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Captured with a simple digital camera on video mode, internal microphone, so there are shakes and sounds, but it's remarkably decent.

  • @puck44 Thanks so much, will do.

  • @wmbrucenelson Spektor

  • @Clara19987 I started following her and got to know her in person before she signed with Universal Records. She used to have more of her past works on iTunes, but I think because of her new contract with the Universal she had to take down her old stuff. Just wait for a few more months, her full album will be out in January I think.

She also had a song on the House Bunny soundtrack, btw... just in case if you don't have that one yet.

  • @puck44 Where did you get her albums? I happened upon her one ITUNES but they only have a few songs.

  • @wmbrucenelson Wasn't ACL badass?!

  • Just stumbled on her at ACL. Great show. I thought I had found Regina Spector's sister. Her phrasing (not so much in this song) was spot on Specter. And then she announced she grew up in Russia ... hmm. Can't find much of her music, but what's out there seems like she is better singer.

  • I saw Elizaveta open for Seth MacFarlane and Sara Bareilles for the first time, she is amazing. She needs to do soundtracks, radio, Lollapalooza, etc.

  • I have met Elizaveta K. and heard her perform live. She's absolutely terrific; were I a director, I'd request her talents for ANY romantic comedy. Were I a record producer, i'd offer a contract in a heartbeat. She's that good (but then again I am neither a director nor a music producer) and deserves a huge amount of success.

  • own both of her albums. saw her once live and I love her voice and songs. One of my most favorite artists.

  • amazing pianist :) love her voice too
