@ejeberhard lol in other words this is for someone who is amazing at marketing, but is too afraid to start their own company.

Wish I had the experience to apply! I'm still learning a lot of the stuff you're asking for from your past programs and the teachers you recommend. Hopefully an opportunity like this will present itself again when I'm a little older. Much love and respect bro - your biggest fan since I was a baba in highschool!! ;)

I took a peek at your PPC campaign. No keyword level tracking: bad. NO CTA in PPC ad copy, no congruence between PPC ad copy and landing page copy, your LP is ok. Fix those simple things and you will address many of the problems with your existing PPC campaigns. You don't need a "genius" to address those issues.

Split testing is 1999 type optimization. You'd be better off asking for someone with MVT experience.

Im giving this the smell test... Something smells fishy...
What are you really looking for?? OR I should I say...
What test are you making of this video??

So... you need a right brain, left brain, sales oriented, designer / football coach, pet groomer, mathematician, artist, and wrestler. Sounds like you need a team of people. This "gem" is already rich and fancy.
Love the use of this video tho... Best wishes...
And why exactly would someone with all those skills want to work for you rather than use those skills to create and grow his own business?

@caneton1981 Great question! I think the key reasons are these:
--Opportunity to work and collaborate closely with Eben and an exceptional team
--This is ideal for someone who wants to stick to what they do best - copywriting and marketing - and leave the headaches of hiring, accounting, technology and operations to someone else.
