A NOTE TO THOSE WHO THINK ME UPLOADING 4 SONGS FROM THIS DVD IS GOING TO RUIN SALES: 4 songs that have been compressed into poor quality that can only be viewed online verses buying the whole show on dvd in brilliant quality...hmmm that's a tough one! lol I know which I'd pick :D These clips I've uploaded are to promote the dvd as her label is so pants at doing that :) (Sorry the audio's a bit out of sync with the video, it happened when I converted it to AVI grrrrr). Taken from the new TINA LIVE 2009! DVD out now - buy it!! An almost 70 year old Tina Turner stuns a massive crowd in Arnhem, Holland during her 2008 / 2009 50th Anniversay world tour.

Saw Tina play in Wembley Arena about 25 years ago and she still looks and sounds incredible to this day. She was a good actress in 'Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome' as well. Shame she didn't do more acting.

@psymondo it was Claire Louise Turton but now she's married and is now known as Claire Turton Derrico, the blonde one is Ferly Prado, (the one the was with Ferly on the platform before comming down the step's is) Djeneba Aduayom and the one with Claire is Solange Guenier
her 2 back-up singer's is Stacy Campbell and the one next to Stacy with the really frizzy hair (who sang "i know its only rock n roll but i like it" solo) is Lisa Fisher

Tina Turner is, in my humble opinion, the most talented female performer ever.
Not the most technical singer but she's always on key, can sing through a cold, can dance and sing and not be out of breath (suck it pop stars.) She's always taken risks in terms of her costumes/hair/make up and she's not been given the tribute she deserves.
She is so well respected by her peers but the music "industry" ignores her because she doesn't sell records like the teenyboppers. Thumbs up if you agree.
