This is a hard core work out and an excellent way to strengthen your lower abdomen. Be careful not to strain your groin. Watch the video and you might learn something.

  • im too afraid to do these lmfao...6'3 and refuse to hand upside down on my feet xD i just do cardio and my abs are pretty nice 8)

  • @KenAkaTheWG @KenAkaTheWG lose the fear no need. Start by pratcicing with upside down push ups. Focus is on your spine and center of gravity. Feel. YOu can easily compare the strength gain when you have intercourse. This form of sit ups are great!

  • @b5ist ??? Bro I've had a six pack since I was like 12 only because I was so active and played so many sports. I think I must've rode my bicycle an average of 2 miles a day since 5yrs old on top of walking to and from school for 7yrs along with racing and playing games during recess. My body is a like a V12. What are you driving???....lol. (To Everyone)

  • @sifumg Im driving a shelby GT500!!! Naw i could lie and say i have an 8 pack but i only have 6. 6 very defined but still only six. Like you ive always had them just from having such a low body fat percentage but after i got into calisthenics last yr i put on 40 pounds of muscle, all pretty much in arms and abs. I never work lower body

  • @HigginsClash No. Try standing upside down against the wall and slowly brings your legs down kinda like an upside down L. Back n forth.
