Super glue's original use was to cover up wounds on soldiers, so I guess that's what she is trying to get across here.

The one secret of barefoot running: take your shoes off.

why the hell would you bring super glue with you? tweezers are an interesting idea but 99% of the time you can just use your fingers.
-
also, don't lift your knees. lift your FEET.

finding smooth roads at first is a bad idea. the rougher surfaces you begin on, the more feedback you get and the better and sooner you develop proper form form.

80 laps on a track? wtf? why would anyone put themselves through that?

Im just about to start running barefoot. I had an injury on the last week so my very first training will be tomorrow. But i already got some sort of "you are stupid" comments.

Superglue? we're talking about going with nature, not against it!! I'm a barefooter, and I support barefoot running...but superglue is the worst counsel I've heard so far!

Acorn...why acorn. why not rocks, nails?, how about a random knife....almost as bad as acorns
"that don't have a lot of crap on them".
