The resemblance is remarkable.

What if, next time you speak with him, Mr. Paul asks you if another central bank wanted to settle a debt with the Fed in gold, would the Fed accept it? If I am not mistaken, all central banks accept gold to settle accounts. I wander what the $/oz ratio would be, the official $40 something, or the market $1600 something.
