It was Patrick's las WOD with us so we let him choose the workout! 400 m run, 100 thrusters with the bar, 100 push ups, 400 m run, 100 pull ups, 100 sit ups, 400m run!! Here is the 6 am crew, Jamie, Blair, Patrick, Matt and Joe getting it done!
