Back on March 17 I posted on my blog that I would be having a special fund raiser promo to help out the Japanese Earthquake and Tsunami victims. So from March 17 to March 25 100% of the sales from the Blast Your Biceps program were donated to the Japanese Red Cross. In addition to that I also added in an extra $1000 of my own money to the fund raiser as well.

This is a video that was taken just after wiring the money. I also posted the pictures of the actual bank wire receipts to prove that I actually did send the money as promised to help out the citizens of Japan in their time of need.

You can see full size photos of the actual receipts on my blog at:

  • @gokiburikasakasa

    Your welcome :-)

Are you living in Japan right now?

  • why on earth would anybody dislike this video?

  • @MichaelMacAdam

Every time I post a video I always get at least few people who dislike it. It's no big deal, you can't please everyone. I mean after all 15% of the population hate their own mother (crazy statistic I know). So with numbers like that there are bound to be some people who hate me as well... Yet they still take the time to watch my videos and "dislike" them :-)

When you are recovering from an injury you just have to take it slow and progress gradually. Try upping the weights by 5 pounds per week until you are back up to your previous strength levels.
