I don't understand why people are saying that they feel the emotion in Alexzs's version and not in this. I get goosebumps at this version. They sing so pretty.
Don't get me wrong, I like Alexz;s version too, but I think that Backstreet sing it a tad better, I guess that's just an opinion

Alexz Johnson recorded this song for Instant Star. The Backstreet Boys heard it, and LOVED it. They really wanted to add their own style to it, so they went to Alexz, Alexz's producer, and the managers of Instant Star. They had to actually perform how they would record the song to all of these managers before they would even consider giving the boys permission. SO ANYWAYS, the boys loved Alexz's version, and Alexz loved the boys' version, so fighting over whose is better is absolutely pointless.

come on people both versions are gorgeous. Just alexz seems to sound a bit more like she lived it. She gives that exta sentiment to the song but this one still touches the heart :)
