Kevin Lamb, started playing guitar and harmonica, at the age of fifteen. He was influences by, Elvis, Eddie Cochran, and many other major musicians of the time! Kevin recorded his first album (Who Is The Hero) for a company called Birth Records, which was owned by CBS. After this, one of the songs from this album caught the attention of a well known London Band Rare Bird and it was again recorded by them for they're (Born Again) album. Kevin is also on this album and was instumental in that he wrote the lyrics for serveral of the songs for the (Born Again) album with Steve Gould of Rare Bird. The Titles include (Virginia, Lonely Street, and of cource, Who Is The Hero). Who is the Hero, gave Kevin the nudge to become a part of the London music scene. Prior to this he had been playing mostly folk clubs in the North of England. Kevins, next album titled (Sailing Down the Years) was recorded for Arista Records, in 1978. It was produced by Gary Lyons, who also produced the first of many albums by Foreigner. A song from this second album titled On The Wrong Track written and played by Kevin Lamb, reached number 62 on the top 100 billboard chart in 1978. Kevin then traveled to the United States, and played the L.A. music scene for many years. He has played many venues since this time stretching from LA to Nashville and up he East Coast. Some nice people past through that pub back then. Brian Clarke as done really well in the art world. Emailed him never got a reply. They were nice days nice days.

Kevin Lamb you're still as depressing as you were those nights at Roger Clayton's house after Celeste left him. Didn't think you'd survive L.A. - If the dope and alcohol didn't get you then John Meredith's excruciating stories about Finnegan,Lala, Stills and the rest surely would. You daft dozy cunt. Kevin Lamb still alive. Fuckin a. Cheers. You made me laugh my ass off many a night. Played a few tunes as well.
