I didn't have an exact time of birth for Sergey, but I have rectified it to approximately 1:22 AM, Moscow.

There were several constraints to keeping an early birth time. Namely, the Moon should be conjunct with Mars, since it is well known that Sergey is clever in business (Chandramangala yoga). Also, Saturn should be in the ascendant, or aspecting the Ascendant,since we know that Sergey is internationally famous. If I put the Ascendant in Leo conjunct the natal Sun, then we should expect Serjey to be bald.(Sun in the ascendant usually indicates a bald man.)
So, I settled for the Gemini ascendant (vedic) since that is so highly connected with ethereal and intellectual pursuits, like mathematics and computers.
The Moon is in the Nakshatra of Krittika 1st "pada", which indicates that the native would be "wise, well-mannered, sickly, but of good longevity, having a taste of pleasures and knowledge."
In the natal chart there are some serious indications of chronic health issues, since weak Saturn and weak Ketu are in Gemini the house owned by Mercury, which is the significator for the nervous system. Saturn-Ketu and Rahu are also throwing very malefic aspects on the Sun which will always indicate severe chronic health issues and possibilities of accidents, as well. In the 12th divisional chart, saturn is conjunct the sun in Virgo, another indicator of chronic health issues.
