Raw footage of Julian Heicklen's 2010-08-04 jury nullification outreach: Part 2/2

Julian Heicklen was performing jury nullification outreach on 2010-08-04 when he was threatened with arrest. After falling to the ground and acting unresponsive the FPS officers called medics to have him carted away to the hospital. Julian was later released without charge.

The reason for the narrow footage is that it was recorded using the Android Qik.com recorder which does not auto-rotate and so rather than 800x480 it is 480x800.
