Don't get this. Every city I've been in, it's 15 feet from the hydrant. This car was definitely closer. Figures someone without a license and riding a bike is criticising parking enforcement. Seems like too much time on your hands with nothing to do. Go park your bike at the City Mission and volunteer. At least do something useful.
