  • okay, wow, beautifully explained! i tried going raw the 100% or nothing way and it did not work at all. but then i decided to do it pretty much the same way you said and it worked amazingly! i feel amazing, i exercise everyday, and am loving life! and i agree, if you eat raw food you're a raw foodist - no matter what amount. freakin' awesome!

  • People who want to be labelled have no individuality. The food does make you healthy or you create health with the food - you can't eat mars bars fried sausages and pork pies and be healthy.
