This is sahih hadith. about the people who will recite qur'an and will enter islam like an arrow enters it's game.

These saudi charlatans recite the qur'an as if they are singing a song and cry because of the beauty of their voice. They do not cry because the message of the qur'an engaged their hearts and shifted it into the ZIKR OF ALLAH. People are listening to the qur'an as if they are listening to music and suggest to listen to it INSTEAD OF music as if it's in the same category. When the qur'an is a source of guidance correctness and spiritual healing.

There are such people who will recite qur'an beautifully but it will not go beyond their throat. They will pass through islam as an arrow passes through it's game. Their sign will be shaven heads.
