  • jump roping is so hard! i was huffin and puffin after like 2 minutes! i can't believe i would jumprope so much when i was a child and not be winded at all.

  • 60 minutes? I think you'll burn a little more then 1000 calories in 60 minutes of jump rope! Holy jesus, 60 minutes of jump roping and you'll have calves the size of your head. Best of luck to who ever attempts it - and if you succeed, hell yeah!

  • lol, 60 min? i have practivce 3 times a week 3 hours each.... not that hard to go 60 min... but i do this as a sport, and im on a team. plus, when you do this competitively, the speed workouts are insane... like in a minute, a person of the age of 13-14 should have their right foot touch the ground about 80-90 times in a minute... its hard, but this is just some beginner stuff. No hate, just sayin

  • how much calories do you burn?

  • pretty good but double jump is actually called double under. or at least thats the way i know it as.

  • when I was a kid I had jumped for over an hour no problem ... now i jump for 1 mn and im ready to stop lol

  • but you forgot front straddles

  • this is good! thanks!

  • 1hour is too much just to do rope jumps alone, just do it for 30 mins everyday 500cals burnt there and the afterburn is around 450 to 650cals burnt

  • Try for sets of 100 and take a minute break, aim for say 1000. That should break you into longer sessions, and as you get better and better you should be able to easily do 5 1/2 minute sets with a break in between. Good luck.

  • @satishsatishiyer nothing is impossible.
