That was over the top ladies...I started writing down times and tricks...but I lost track, eventually. Among others, I saw a nice shoulder mount flip in there, some incredibly flexi planks, bows, and crescents. All great work from the talented and beautiful women at the Art of Dance. Now, ladies...you've got to learn to stay out of those chilly British winters...no more outdoor poling until you're all feeling better...and the temperatures are warm and toasty!

The Boss likes to surprise us with a video camera every now and again - we were supposed to be having a staff meeting and pole jam! Lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to watch this twice just so I could catch everything lol. You guys are AMAZING! All that talent in one room is nothing short of insane. It's vids like these that make me wish I had a pole at home so I could just hop right on and try some of your tricks out :)
