When the heck is this coming out. Over a year of a synch system that crashes DAILY!

I have had my Synch since May 2009 in my F150.....I can say I have not had any problems other than newer addresses in the last two years....other than that it has been operating great for me

I don't have ANY of the problems I see people complain about--No freezes/lockups/quirks, and I wonder why others do and I don't. The occasional download or update is usually annoying only because it comes when I least expect it, but it all works just fine. My ONLY complaints are all GPS related. The addresses aren't as up to date as they should be and the voice recognition on address street names is not very good. Other than those things, I'm EXTREMELY pleased with the system. How can this be?

Does anybody know if there is a class action lawsuit against Ford for the poor performance of the Sync system? I love the Edge, but I am very frustrated with the Sync system!!! It fails left and right, almost every day! So annoying! Anyways, if anybody knows of a class action lawsuit, please let me know.

Anything will be better than Sync is now...constant reboots, lockups, etc. I also hope that they get rid of the annoying "Add a New Quick Dial From Contacts" popup that comes up every time you press "Quick Dial".
