  • Club? Or tuna on wheat toast with a pickle spear?

Yes. You are right. A little of both.

  • Yay... This is officially my favorite comedy show on YouTube. :)

  • Aw shucks. I'm sincerely flattered. There's a lot of good comedy out there.

  • Ah we have a real wannabe jurist here from "ObjectiveRealist" schooling us on contemporary "Personation" while totally misrepresenting the concept of assuming the "ColOUR of Law." Idiot.

  • Imagine being in a room with this clip being played on repeat indefinitly at high volume on a big, indestructable screen. You'd be like, arrrrgh, kill me now, and they'd be like harr, no you have to watch this horrible crap forever, and you'd be like, arrrgh nooo how quick can I smash my brains in. Maybe something for the next SAW movie?

  • Are you a judge?

"judicial activist rulings regarding the mythological church state separation are unconstitutional..."

    I'm not.

"couple that with majority rule...and voila...minority dissent has no course for redress regarding what curricula local school boards choose..."

Which opinion do you feel is in the minority on public sponsorship of religion? It looks to me like your attempts to spend taxpayer money on religious teachings is pretty recent, and the voters are not all decided yet.

  • ob...

religion related portion of the establishment clause of the 1st amendment...:Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, nor prohibit the free exercise thereof...

couple that with majority rule...and voila...minority dissent has no course for redress regarding what curriculums local school boards choose...

judicial activist rulings regarding the mythological church state separation are unconstitutional...

  • That's right.

[the "nor prohibit the free exercise thereof" portion of the 1st amendment isn't asterisked with exceptions for whiney libs with a propensity for typing tongue in cheek interpretation of the bill of rights...]

I never tried to tell you that whiney libs have more, or less right to free speech, than everybody else. I've been saying that their rights are identical to yours, all along.

  • ob...

the classic lib sticks n stones rejoinder...love it...

the fact remains...religious freedom is not contingent on whether or not it violates your narrow and absurd notions regarding pursuit of happiness...

the "nor prohibit the free exercise thereof" portion of the 1st amendment isn't asterisked with exceptions for whiney libs with a propensity for typing tongue in cheek interpretation of the bill of rights...

  • This was a general conversation about US law until you lost, then tried to make it personal.

By "real crimes committed in the name of religion," or under the guise of law [archaic: "color of law"], I mean any action fitting the description of the statutes I already posted -- twice. That includes any and all actions interfering with my pursuit of happiness. Name-calling and gender innuendo don't bother me. They only reveal your ignorance and lack of character.

  • ob...

it amuses me to consider what you would call 'real crimes committed in the name of religion'...

so tell me...do you curtsy when introduced to strangers?....:)....*snicker*
