You are right, although I believe, that then there will be actually no one that likes her, simply because she is Gheorghiu; but they will listen to her because they see Callas in her. And that's not good either, right?
She is a good singer, has a good voice and is also an acceptable actress. I didn't say I don't like her, for example, I like her Tosca. I just see many resemblances to Callas.

As for Netrebko.. I don't think she is bad, but I don't see a great star (like Callas e.g.) in her.

And when I said lets listen to some good music I just meant to listen to them. It's a blessing to listen to any of them Gheorghiu, Callas, Netrebko or Jo. Florez, Domingo or Pavarotti. Maybe they have/had their odds but any of them moves us one way or another. We are lucky to be impressed and to feel what they meant or not. So many outside are living in ignorance. So, lets listen to them again and again as the first time.
