Costa Rica Carbono Neutral con Presidenta Laura Chinchilla

New President of Costa Rica, Laura Chinchilla tells the world that the goal is to be the first carbon neutral country. On her inaugural speech she encourages the masses to be positive and trust that she will do what it takes to make her political forefathers proud. The world will be watching the first woman president of Costa Rica closely as she implements the strategy of survival in a global economy. Many big businesses in Costa Rica have already aligned themselves succesfully with her initiatives, for example the prominent local airline TACA, is striving for carbon neutrality by buying and protecting forests.
