As for consent of virgin girls in "marriage", "Her consent is (expressed by) her silence." ( Sahih Bukhari 7:62:68). It's barbaric for Islam to take advantage of children like this.

You are only fooling yourself in trying to fool me by picking and rejecting from these "canonical" Islamic sources and Quran 65:4 I referenced to defend the indefensible Islam.

As for verse 65:4 for PREPUBESCENT ( "and those who never had menses" ) divorcee, they must wait 3 months to remarry no matter what, only those who are pregnant must wait until "they deliver their burdens". This divorcing guideline sanctions pedophilia by allowing sex with prepubescent girls. You DID NOT dispute that this verse has a guideline for PREPUBESCENT divorcee.

Pedophilia is sanctioned and condoned in Islam as "marriages" based on these so called "canonical"/ "authenticated" ahadith Islamic sources in accordance with the Quran 65:4  I referenced. It's been followed like this since the inception of Islam by devout Islamic countries like the birthplace of Islam, Saudi Arabia.

Read the full context so you can get a better understanding....Its talking about when a man and his wife are about to divorce-they should wait 3 months if they are in doubt about the pregancy of the woman....If a woman is pregnant, and the couple are in the middle of a divorce--the baby could be a turning point to their decision making...chances are they will get back together for the sake of the baby...

I have to disagree with wat these "muslim" scholars say then...In Islam marriage is only permissable when both parties are old enough to give consent....and a 1 year old is not able to give consent, so therefore that arguement is illogical to me...neither is a 6 year old able to give consent, so i disagree with them both...

p.s. and not ALL the hadith in sahih Bukhari are authentic...there are a few of them which have been interpolated...
