I'm about 15 - 20 minutes away from some decent roads. Conneticut is a small state.. Dragstrips and tracks are still hours away.

sick bike, if you work on your body position in the corners you can get that bike lower and get rid of those chicken strips

As you can see I'm in no way shape or form prepared to knee drag on the streets.. no leathers and not on a track. It's stupid to push the limits on the street. I save that for the track.
You also have to take into account what times you're running as well. The tires I had on the bike were conti sport touring tires. I didn't have enough faith in those because of the fact that they were ready to be replaced and they aren't designed to give you maximum lean angle.

Southern Illinois. Just some highways close to town. Not really any good twisty roads without a couple of hours commute.
