@glenngou local vocabularies are vital part of a dialect, keeping just the pronunciation is not really keeping a dialect, I hope there can be some more research and compilation of dialect dictionaries. Saw a series in the library when I was in school.

Hello, my name is Kauê, I'm from Brazil, I learn mandarin, but I want to translate a chinese song in dialect, I think it's from sichuan, if there's any sichuanese person here, can anybody translate for me "闭上眼睛你推睡着" in common chinese or in english? I can't understand it. Thanks.

that sentence doesn't sound very sichunese though,...it just means "close (闭上) the eyes (眼睛) and you (你) push (推) fall asleep (睡着)", but as you can see, this "push fall asleep" part doesn't make sense to me, I can't think of any Sichuanese counterpart of it either......are you sure you got it right?
