I was a LOYAL customer with RACQ since first purchasing my home. We were hit by Cyclone Yasi, When putting in my claim i was informed that I had NO cover for carpets, or tiles, or fans or windows. Basically I only had cover for the foundation and walls at $187 per month for it. " Its OUR definition of Home, and that differs from other Insurers" they told me. RACQ Don't care about you as a customer, if you want full details, contact me as this box is too small.. DONT USED RACQ.

Husband and I find this ad a real joke. They show the dog riding a jet ski. The dog's insured but the jet ski isn't... cos RACQ don't insure jet skis. We know because we were ringing for quotes for our jet ski and they told us flat out, they don't insure jet skis.
