In this video Caitanya dasa Jayasri, and Lord Sri Krishna's Plants in Prescott, Arizona. Check it out.
The mantra is the Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare. It is the mantra of deliverance in this age.
it is the first thing parents teach their children to say and the last thing one utters at death. For the devotee it is chanted upon awaking and upon before taking rest. Devotional life involves chanting the holy names of God constantly.

"One can chant the name of the Lord in a humble stte of mind, thinking himself lower than the straw in the street, more tolerant than the tree, devoid of all sense of false prestige, and ready to offer all respects to others. In such a state of mind, one can chant the Holy Name of the Lord constantly."

Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabu ~ Siksastaka Prayer 3

I Offer my respectful obeicanses unto my spiritual master His Divine Grace, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, who had opened mine eyes which were blinded by ignorance, with the torchlight of knowledge.

Chanting is so sublime. It brings forth all auspiciousness. It purifies the dirty mind. It is actually free from material contamination. The name Krishna is so powerful it cleanses one of more sins than one can commit in a lifetime just by chanting once the name krishna without offense.
