KFX 450R new 13.8:1 JE piston and cyclinder (heat cycle 2)

just installed the new cylinder and piston and going through the heat cycles to break in.

Does your KFX have the Battery drain problem? mine if you dont start it for a week or so the battery is dead and i have to charge it everytime i want to take it out.

nice quad! hey is the cylinder and high comp piston going to affect reliability? i did that to mine and had huge issuse ever sence, ended up going back to stock.

@canamrider24 i have never had any problems with mine. this is the second piston i have put in but when u race you have to rebuilt these top ends after so many hours because of the strain you put on the motors.

@cgarone04 oh ok, maybe mine was assembled wrong, only lasted about 4 hrs. you have 1 of the nicest ive seen tho! keep it up!
