I also did the hcg and on my first round I lost 30 in 30 days. Since then I have attempted to do the 2nd round but was not in the right mind set. I am now, and just started again. It does work, but you have to be in the right mind set, and make sure you are prepared (preparing your meals in advance!)

I would also recommend this to anyone.
