Belizean Reggae Group -- Babylon Warriors live at The Coconut Grove 1986 in Los Angeles.
The Babylon Warriors began when Patrick Barrow with a group of expatriots from Belize got together to play the reggae music in their new home town of Los Angeles,California. It was 1978 and there weren't any other reggae bands in Los Angeles area or the U.S. for that matter. They now enjoy the status of being Belize's and L.A.s first standing reggae group. They started as a ten-piece band playing covers of reggae hits, and by 1979 had became a six-piece group writting and playing all originals materials.
