I just made a video of a simple sun salutation for my beginner's students, it is very gentle and easy. Can be practiced either in the morning or evening, before or after work.
Even if we just practice it for 20 minutes a day, we will feel the difference, more relaxed, and at the same time, more energy into daily life.
Please remember to breathe through the nose, and if you experience any fatigue, it is absolutely ok to pause and take a break. Yoga is not a competition; there will always be someone out there that are better and stronger. Yoga is for balancing our body, mind and emotions, thus to achieve harmonization.
Here's how to do it:
1. Inhale exhale palm together in the prayer position
2. Inhale, stretch arms up, look up
3. Exhale, fold forward
4. Inhale look up
5. Exhale Child Pose
6. Inhale Cobra
7. Exhale Downward Dog
8. Inhale Lookup
9. Exhale, fold forward
10. Inhale, arms up
11. Exhale, gently come back to the starting position
Repeat the same sequence again, try to do 6 rounds
