Barristers don't get work last minute?
Excuse me while I laugh my face off in the corner.

@BeYAWNsay do you want to speak out loud in court or be the first to talk to the people who need help and prepare a case? I wan't to become a barrister but im just fourteen so I don't really know what university to go to. I know that it takes a lot of hard work to become a barrister or a solicitor which is why I want to know exactly what grades i need, what university I should attend to, and stuff like that. I want to be a Barrister because I want to speak in court. what grades do ineed to do so

okay, so which one should I choose? Gosh, I am so confused. I just finished first year, and I still don't know which route I want to choose.

i think the characters should be the other way round. the barristers should be the ones with the casual clothing and stress look a like.....
however, yeah it's true. As barrister is self-employed, yeah, barrister is more relax than solicitors.
Er, no, a self-employed person is under even more pressure to find work because they do not have the security of a salary

Actually, both barristers and solicitors face immense pressure, more so at the start of their careers and more so in commercial/corporate law.
The type of pressure varies slightly between them, but don't let anyone fool you that being one is easier than being the other.
In any case, neither profession is to be frowned upon.
