【材料】:軟絲1條、蔥2支、蒜2粒、薑1塊、甜紅椒1個、XO醬1大匙、酒1/2小匙、鹽1/3小匙、胡椒粉1/3小匙
【做法】:
1、蔥斜刀切段,嫩薑切片,筊白筍切片,蒜切片後備用。
2、甜椒對半切後去除海綿體斜刀切片,再把蔥綠切段後備用。
3、軟絲從兩塊凸出的地方反面下刀,再斜刀切成花狀後再切片。
4、起一鍋滾水,加入酒後,把軟絲放入後即刻熄火,蓋上鍋蓋燜熟等到軟絲卷曲成花狀後即可起鍋。
5、接著起鍋熱油,後先放入筊白筍、蒜片、甜椒片拌炒後再倒入酒、胡椒、鹽調味拌炒後,最後再薑片、蔥綠下去炒勻熄火就完成這道生炒軟絲。
