he indeed was a MESTRO of INDIAN CLASSICAL MUSIC...NOW there would not be anymore such MOUNT EVEREST of music in future...and that he has PASSED AWAY..he left us only the beautifully maneuvered TAANS and ALAAPS and the driving of the raagas in his recording....a HEARTFUL SHARDDHANJALI TO THIS GREAT ARTIST...!!!

True, BJ is a legend. I don't really know about PW, but I guess he is a legend too.
That apart, this raag is just beautiful. It has this strange mix of depth and flow and rhythm to it that moves and provokes self-reflection simultaneously. It is legendary that this raag was discovered and recognized sufficiently to be preserved through the ages for you and me to hear it.
