Verbalizing these things are inherently a contradiction of the discussion. You can't teach these things, they have to be guided into view and understanding. "You are wrong", "No not really", "No, No, No...", very directional and pushy in the answers he is looking from people. I hope he prefaces his discussions with the notion that his concepts apply constantly to himself and that he is victim of the very things the audience are victim to also.
