Yeah I hate to burst your bubble there buddy, but clintons' administration (although a lot less) also killed a loto f kids in Iraq with his illegal bombings and economic sanctions, which caused all kinds of shortages in Iraq (insuline etc).

As I understood it he said that at some point in time Mars was on the way of developing life (similar to what earth must have been like before life started) - and not that aliens were on their way to our solar system some distance away.
