@darthghost23 it's not replicating the suspension, it's replicating the acceleration. the more the roll/tilt, the more the acceleration you experience. if in theory the chair would tilt 90 degrees backward, the driver would experience equivalent to 1 g pulling on his body, which is roughly equvialent to 0-100 km/h in 2,8 s, i.e a very fast car.
