Everyone has their own opinion of what singer, past or present, has the best voice; popular choices include Jeff Buckley, Freddie Mercury, Thom Yorke, and Matt Bellamy. I would pick Christian singer Phil Wickham; his falsetto isn't like the falsetto of anybody else. Really, it's up to each listener to decide whose is best, but for me, it's Phil's that I prefer. The above is only a sampling I've discovered on Youtube over the years; he doesn't show off his range as often as the men I listed above, so I believe his best hasn't been captured, but I think this video should give a pretty good idea of how high he can sing and how powerfully and effortlessly he can hit those notes. The first half of the clip are just exerpts from live performances recorded by fans; the second half is a recording of 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas', a recording from his recent Christmas album that I believe shows off his beautiful tenor voice quite nicely. Please enjoy PHIL WICKHAM. :)

  • Really appreciate this HD. Just beautiful. It's rare to find such a pure voice like this. What a gift. :)

  • @HDAY04 Thank you so much! :)

  • This is perfect. haha And I know what video every clip is from. I'm a fan:) haha

  • Thanks for the video, it captured some of my favorite Phil moments. I think that he could successfully pull off an album entirely sung in falsetto. His Hallelujah riff starting at 2:45 and I Will Wait For You There at 3:23 are his most memorable/heavenly vocal performances in my opinion. I also dig his rendition of Spirit of The Living God.
