Thanks for the prompt reply. Everything I've read tells me it's not a good idea to try to keep two Staffy females in the same home. Most websites suggest a neutered male/female pairing only. But seeing your two beautiful pups together fills me with hope that it can be done, with a little persistence.
Anyway...may your doggies have long and happy lives...they are sure loved enough. That much is evident! Best wishes! :):):)

Was Sadie jealous of Violet...did she bite at first? I'm thinking of getting another Staffy to accompany my StaffyX but she's a very domineering and possessive baby. I'm worried she'd be too rough.

@tripsadelica - there was some jealousy and there were many time-outs for both pups for taking their play too far. It was very intense for the first couple weeks and then they slowly calmed down. Sadie had little scabs all over her face and neck for the first couple months from those crazy sharp puppy teeth!
