This is from an the UK Open University, from 1983, a series called 'Modern Art and Modernism' Manet to Pollock, a classic written by Charles Harrison (of the Art in Theory books). This interview is indeed conducted by T.J. Clark.
I wish I could get all the other episodes, there were about 14, but only three (incl. this one about Greenberg) seem to be available.
