  • Did your IGBTs need cooling? If so, what kind kind of heatsink or kind of cooling did you use?

  • @a380rockerfan The MOSFETs needed small sized heatsinks like those from pc psu

  • @jmartis2 You are using the ir2151? Also the primary is AC or (pulsed)DC?

  • @ExplosiveAnyThing I was using the IR2153. Supply for the inverter was smoothed DC, the primary gets high frequency AC waveform from the half-bridge.
