And now for the third and final of our Halloween-inspired shorts is "The Thing at the End of the Hall," an absurdist anti-horror written and directed by Peter Men.

The last of the three segments to be shot, this was written in desperation two hours before we commenced. The shoot itself spanned four hours; not terribly long, but because it came after two days of shooting Sean's and Drew's segments, we were all creatively exhausted.

Three nights for three shorts isn't too shabby of an effort. Hope you guys all had a safe Halloween!

Very Nice! I think you could have done a better job with perhaps a macro shot on him setting down the can, and throwing out the sandwich, instead of the iris effect...

Maybe the mic should be closer.

Oh, we've never used the onboard mic. We shoot with a Sennheiser MKH-60 :)
