The mackenzie valley wolf (occidentalis) is the nonnative greywolve species. rockymountain wolf (irremotus) was the native greywolf species. The Mackenzie valley wolf does not belong in yellowstone or the rockymountains,

The native grey wolf species was called the rockymountain wolf (irremotus). artic wolves and tundra wolves are also subspecies of greywolves but they would never survive anywhere in the U.S. You dont even know what you are trying to save LOL!

lets save them..!! we have to make a diffrence.. wolves are NOT deadly demons...!!! they have family and protect their young.. like any human would do.. they try to survive the harsh winters... and if hunters keep hunting them.. they will end up were they were before.... Endangered... we must stop wolf hunting....!!! LONG LIVE THE WOLVES!

Wolf's attack humans only when they consider them a threat. Otherwise, they will not attack such an target. When A human is consideed a threat, he just wildly rambled to close to a nest.
There are more known cases of wild dogs attacking and killing people then wolves, and dogs are supposed to be under "intelligent" human caretaking.
