Man Conquers Mountain

An epic tale of 3 men, a mountain and a dream.....to get to the top.

Ok maybe not.
Max, Phil and myself decide to walk up Castle Hill.
If you are ever in Townsville, Queensland, Australia then this walk as a must. It's actually not too hard and the awesome views of all of Townsville definitely make the walk worth while.

That it was. I recently found out that they call it a Hill and not a mountain because it is about 5 feet too short to be a mountain.

Hiya mate, another great vid, is this like Ayers rock in that its a single feature in the landscape, rather than a range. Just really enjoyed the whole thing.

It's a little like Ayers Rock. There are mountain ranges a few kilometers away but nothing else around it.

wow that is such a beautiful view... i love the scream in the middle from your friend when you get to the top. i'd love to do that hike if i ever live there. i think my mini mountain i hiked the other day is half the size!

Thank you very much. I'm very glad that I'm making videos when I'm travelling. I think you tend to see it all from a slighly different perspective when it's though the camera. Like you appreciate the time you had more or something.
