  • 1 egg per 100g flour is a good estimate to start off from... that's 1 serving of pasta...

  • @perfumeyou well after you make the noodles you boil them for about two minutes in lightly salted water to cook them.

  • do you eat it as is or what do you cook it and if so how

  • how much flour? how many eggs? geeze....descriptive writing is NOT your strong point obviously.

  • Don't you think this recipes the noodle is not soft? because it is just eggs and flour so the texture of the noodle would be hard, I think.
