Hi, Firstly many thanks to your video I managed to open my lens and make a small repair but not to do with the ribbon cable, the video is very good and it inspired me to try and repair it myself or send it in with a cost of £80 GBP it took me an hour from start to finish. I am now subscribed to you and will watch with interest.

Great video cheers, anyone know if its possible to order the flex cable with the final lens part already soldered together,don't fancy the soldering bit at all ! :)
