Disassembly of the Canon 17-85mm f4-5.6 IS USM lens. I'm replacing the flex cable. Err2 when shooting in smaller apertures.

    Hi, Firstly many thanks to your video I managed to open my lens and make a small repair but not to do with the ribbon cable, the video is very good and it inspired me to try and repair it myself or send it in with a cost of £80 GBP it took me an hour from start to finish. I am now subscribed to you and will watch with interest.

    I recently dropped my 15-85 mm lens and i have since been having issues with Auto focus can this video be a way to fix it?Please help..its costly to get it fixed in my city.

    Thank for the video but I have a question. Is there any calibration necessary after assembly? Any screws that needs to go exactly in the same place? Thanks
