  • to force311999...I'm very grateful that we have never encountered a dead animal yet!!...eww how stinky and aweful that would be!

  • The music comes from the Flip hand recorder...the Flip is a great video recording tool for simple video shots that can quickly be created into a movie...I love the Flip!

  • I find it amazing that people can't pay their rent and yet they vacate the property and leave all of these possessions behind! Geesh, just think how much it will cost them to replace the items they left. We kept the items for the required time and then donated them to charity...they never did come back to pick anything up.

  • They'll do the same thing at the next place. Some people should NEVER have children!

  • It's sad to see all of the children's items laying around. Financial problems is not always a choice. However, cleanliness is.

  • What's unfortunate is you can never know how a tenant will keep their home/apartment. There really is no way of knowing if they are clean or messy people. I live in a not so nice apartment with my husband and his 3 kids. It is always clean and neat. I'd kill to live in a place this nice. They treat it like trash.

  • when i use to have apt i just find most of my funiture from the trash and most of the stuff was still in good shape from other people like this i guss but you hate me when i moved out ijust leave it all there just not messy or damege anny thing why would i rent a truck when i had nothing into the stuff i just find new stuff in the area at the new place

  • Just when you think you've seen it all...never a dull moment in this business!

  • hurried behavior isn't always logical no real damage is done.

  • This mess hardly meets terrible standards. You were actually LUCKY this is a simple clean up GET BUSY and quit whining .I have seen some bad evictions through the years. The family that let their kid use a heater register as a urinal was awful.I have seen "STINKY GARBAGE" piles so high that it takes at least ten loads in a pick up.This is a one load mess and a call to Goodwill.Tweaks are the worse.Scavengers are bad too.

  • you are lucky at my work when they evict we have to replace all the doors and fix holes in drywall.

the worst is when someone gos to jail and there pet dies in the apartment stink!

  • I know we had to evict a family, and the court reminded us, that the state laws are that the landlord can not sell any items left behind, to use against the bills. So, we found a way around that, we hired barters who cleaned in exchange for a set price and anything left behind. Cut our costs out of pocket.
