  • What's about financial broker? As i know a lot of loan deal take begin from them! What is the form(kind)ownership they has in America.

  • Brokers are typically intermediaries that bring buyers and sellers together - buyers and seller of stock and bonds for example. Investment banks raise money for companies and governments by helping them issue new stocks and bonds to providers of capital. Mortgage brokers put borrowers in touch with the right lender (debt). None of these functions involve any form or ownership. Hope this helps - if I understood question. Please feel free to elaborate on forum where there is more space. Best Reg.
