i lost 30 lbs after i stopped eating meat...it was difficult to give up meat..but it is worth it..i am in shape now and feel so confident and energetic...i am fresh in the afternoons also...i do not want to go back to eating meat again...i can not forget the shame when people call you fat and say names...i actually thank those who used to tease me for being fat...had they not called me fat i would not have tried to lose weight

I don't eat meat since I was 3 years old and I have never been sick since then...and I have 3 friends that had cancer and are now cured only by not eating meat and being vegetarians...so, those are facts that I have lived and saw in my life...nobody could convince me that eating meat and killing is a healthy and normal behaviour....

Don't go preaching to me while you chug down your multivitamins to suppress the dietary deficiency you suffer from not eating as humans are intended to, as omnivores.
