@kenneyut When I saw this new video was posted, you were the first person I thought of. LOL! I agree that Wendy was amazing in this episode. Her self-esteem and boldness is staggering... unlike any other model that ever competed. Meg was quite beautiful as well, but her personality and speaking ability were lacking. Did you notice Meg's look when she lost?

@kenneyut Didn't get to see much of season one, only bits and pieces. I really thought season 3 was a very strong year for the female vocalists.

Yes I think Andrea should have won that year and then Roz Morehead.......I love and cannot forget that expression Roz made at the end of Aint nobodys business LOLOLOLOL

@kenneyut There were so many good singers on the show! Did you think Andrea Frierson should have won during her season? (86 was a great season all around!) That was strong competition. Peggi Blu, Rozz Morhead (sp?), Thareva Henderson. I think I already mentioned that I really liked Michelle Wow that year. Lisa Keith was good too. I also remember a challenger Michelle Isam I thought was good that season.

There were some groups I think were ok..as far as exceptional, I really cant think of any....I can think of some exceptional male and female vocalist.....of course you know I think that one of the most outstanding male vocalist was Sam Harris and female vocalist I can think of many...Penny Mealilng, Andrea Frierson, T Renee Crutcher.....

@kenneyut No "moder day rap and heavy metal rock". When I was a kid I was really into hard rock. Then I couldn't stand it by jr. high and high school. Started listening to house, hip hop, r&b. Now there is some metal/hard rock that I like though. Sometimes like to listen to something with a harder edge to it while at the gym stuff like that. What I listen to depends a lot on my mood. As far as current hip hop I tend to like things I find that don't get a lot of radio play. Gotta dig a bit.

@kenneyut I didn't start watching until season 2. Most of what I got from the first season was from watching on E so unfortunately I don't remember the Plasmatics. As a matter of fact,I don't remember getting into the music groups that much. (Even though I did like Sas) Were there any groups that you thought were exceptional?

I dont remember that group...correct me if I am wrong....during the first season, there was a group called the Plasmatics? They became a heavy metal rock group and the lead singer Wendy OWilliams shot herself........

Like you, a lot of music, I listen to now, I would have not given the time of day years ago...I still cannot get into modern day rap and heavy metal rock......NO WAY.........

@kenneyut In those days Sawyer Brown wouldn't have been my thing either. I know what you mean about being more musically diverse. There are a lot of things I listen to now that I'd never even given a chance when I was younger. Do you remember the group Sass from season 3?
