Truth about the ps3 vs 360 video's

you all have seen the clips where they show a multiplatform game, the ps3 version next to the 360 version.. so this is the deal:

the ps3 version looks washed out cuz the makers of the video haven't tuned on the FULL RGB and the SUPER WHITE option on the ps3, (accidentally or on purpose)

well here's a video that shows what the difference are when these options are on / off

offcourse the difference are bigger when you see it for yourself rather than one recorded with a camera.

PS: please let more people know about this, cuz it's only fair

those websites are just being unfair

I forgot... Microsoft and their 'Next-Gen Essentials' prove they can't follow the console gaming technology. Exemple - Halo 3, 640p, no AA but has 16/9 at last.

Please everybody, boycott Microsoft for the game consoles and take Sony's consoles.

Everyone who knows the PC/game consoles technology will say the PS3 is better. In the E3 2005, Sony gave all the details about the PS3 with plans and real time demos and Microsoft? Nothing, all the did is talking about the games and showed non-in-game trailers, the "next gen essentials" like 16/9, 720p image and anri-aliasing but they never talked about the hardware of the 360 because they knew their console was a piece of shit.

i consider myself a gamer, i play the games and i know a little bit about how they work, and i am satisfied. there is no reason for me to debate with you about weather or not you think reach is a good game. i think it is, most game reviewers love it, and your oppinion on it is irrelevant to me or anyone else.

@d3tach3d as you may see, the comment you were resplying to is over 4 month old. what i meant was that back then i gave a shit about the whole console wars thing, and now i don't.

when it comes to reach, it is one of the few games that has a graphics engine capable of supporting that many AI units and vehicals on the screen at once and still maintain a decent amount of detail.

@d3tach3d when it comes to shades xbox is superior, when it comes to max ploygon ps3 is superior, when it comes to max AI units on screen at once, reach doubles most fps games. if you think reach looked like ass... then you are an idiot. but to be honest... i am done with argueing about which console has the better games.

@WillardE4 Reach looked like ASS, and is nowhere close to having the most powerful graphics engine.....Did you take into account, Physics load, Lighting, A.I., Shaders, Textures, AA and Antiscropic Filtering. What about Max polygon and particle count for the engine? Halo is garbage...

@yourtwistedable Couldn't have said it better myself. But LBP, Modnation, Ratchet, etc (ORIGINAL western games) are still beast, just not as beast as Japanese games.
